Position Description
Successteam Internships are seasonal opportunities focusing on leadership development, mentor development, professional development, and community outreach. Candidates are selected after successfully completing the Interview Process and Onboarding Orientation. All selected candidates will receive access to our Mentor Training & Development Program provided in a Hybrid – Presentation Format. Successteam Interns will assume the responsibility of active Team Leaders and Program Coordinators throughout the following Successteam Programs:
- Successteam Youth Council
Successteam Youth Council provides biweekly engagements on first and third Saturdays geared toward Career Readiness, College Prep, Soft Skill Development, Community Service, and Leadership Development for high school students, ages 14 – 18, representing Aiken, Richmond, and Columbia Counties + surrounding areas. Each session has a duration of approximately 5 – 7 hours.
Eligibility Requirements
- Must be Aged 18+, Ranked as College Student or Professional
- Must be able to pass Background Check
- Must be able to pass Drug Test
- Must have Driver’s License or Access to Reliable Transportation
- Must Successfully Submit Position Application
